It is the Best Available Rate for the hotel on any day at any time. The difference is that we donate $2 for every night that our guest stays with us. We anticipate that, over a year, this will build 25% of one house. We also give our guests early Check-in and - Late Check-out plus an upgrade if available. - 20% discount at nearby IHOP And we at the hotel will all get to work on the house.
