What does the rate give?
It is the Best Available Rate for the hotel on any day at any time.
The difference is that we donate $2 for every night that our guest stays with us.
We anticipate that, over a year, this will build 25% of one house.
We also give our guests early Check-in and - Late Check-out plus an upgrade if available.

This rate allows our Will Rogers Coliseum hotel to give more for less than any other hotel that is closer to Will Rogers Coliseum than ours. At the same time our parking allows for rig and trailer parking for Will Rogers cutting horse events. 33% of our rooms have drive-up access which, again, is valuable as a hotel for Will Rogers horse events.
