Some rooms have a meadow view, or pool view, others have parking lot and highway views. Coming in the front door, to the right, there is a large sofa - in fact Queen size that turns into a sofa bed. This is followed by the King bed with bolster and a premium pillow top mattress - soft, comfy - just like in the more expensive hotels.
The bed is covered with a white duvet and gold overlay.
The duvet replaces blankets and, just like sheets, are washed very stay. No more blankets, please.
On the left side, coming in from the door, there is a large work desk with high back adjustable armchair, followed by the armoire holding the 35 channel TV including many movie and sport channels and then, and in bottom section, four drawers for our guests' clothes.

We have a water and chemical saving program - unless our guesrt requests it, we do refrain nfrom changing the sheets and towells daily. All our light bulbs are CFL energy savers. Our shower heads are water-savers. We will be starting a paper recycling program shortly. So far this year, we have cut down on water and power use by 40%.
